On-Demand delivery
We provide On-Demand delivery services to local destinations, to meet the day-to-day needs of our customers.  Once the order is placed, our dispatch will allocate the nearest driver to pick up the item and deliver it to the proposed address as fast as possible.

Priority delivery services
We offer priority delivery services for local hospitals, nursing homes and medical facilities as per their urgent time-constrained delivery requirements.

Temperature-controlled delivery
We provide temperature-controlled product delivery options to meet our customers’ requirements.

Scheduled On-Demand delivery
We provide Scheduled On-Demand Delivery for the convenience of our customers, where you can select the time for the delivery.

Dynamic Ordering
We offer Dynamic Ordering and will be scheduling daily fixed routes for pick-ups and drop-offs, such as local Library collection and distribution runs.

Self Pick-ups
We also provide a self pick-up option for customers who prefer to pick up their items from our warehouses.

Mini vans to 2T Vans (Light Range)
Our fleet includes Mini Vans (Caddy Cargo) and 2T Vans (Transporter) and are all Volkswagen diesel engine vehicles, fitted with AdBlue® technology, to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions.

Should your local delivery needs require a vehicle outside the load capacity of our existing fleet, we can arrange appropriate transport on your behalf through our booking systems.

Heavy and Long distance range
We also provide long distance delivery option with Rigid trucks, Single Semi-Trailers to B-Double options.

EAST WEST – COVID Safe Protocols

ALL our drivers and staff are fully vaccinated, adhere to COVID protocols and can provide contactless delivery procedures as per the customer needs.

We can also extend our protocols to provide Rapid Antigen Testing and confirmation before pick, as per our customer ‘s needs.

With the current uncertainties and disruptions due to COVID, our company has established customised solutions to overcome undesirable, delivery hold ups.

We guaranteed our staff will address any backlog or such delay and prioritise the delivery, as per the customer‘s needs.
